Sand River Cottage is a comfortable two bedroom house located right next door to the resort. With all the comforts of home, Sand River Cottage is the perfect choice for a lake-side vacation experience.

With a spacious deck, glorious Lake Superior view and quick access to one of the most gorgeous beaches anywhere, 6 miles of sugar sand to enjoy, Sand River Cottage is an ideal spot for your family's summer vacation.

This completely furnished vacation getaway comes with a spacious kitchen with all the necessities, cozy dining room and serving bar, comfortable livingroom complete with color TV (150 channels), stereo system, sofa and double futon. The bedrooms are complete with linen and plenty of blankets, the master bedroom has a view of the lake and two queed size beds, while the second bedroom has one queen bed. There is also a newly renovated basement with two double futons, a reclining chair, washer & dryer, and a firepot.

Rate Information:

$850 to $975 per week
$140 to $170 per day
with adjustments when necessary

additional damage/cleaning deposit $100.00 refundable

half of total due at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival

60 day cancellation notice (other rules apply in summer and peak time)
